Who is Prachesta best for?

Are these real double-entry books?

Yes. Posted invoices, bills, payments and journals create balanced entries on a double-entry ledger, from which the trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet are produced.

Can I work in more than one currency?

Multi-currency can be enabled in settings. Documents can carry their own currency and FX rate, and open receivables and payables can be revalued with an automatic next-day reversal.

Does it track inventory?

When perpetual inventory is enabled, goods move through warehouses with weighted-average valuation, and cost of goods sold is posted as items are sold.

Does Prachesta replace a tax professional?

No. Prachesta helps organize business records and financial reporting. Tax filing, tax advice and entity-specific compliance should still follow your professional guidance.

How is access controlled?
