A connected operating system

Every financial workflow speaks to the next.

Instead of separate tools for billing, time, projects and reporting, Prachesta is designed as one connected record—from the work you perform to the money you collect and the decisions you make.

Work to cash

Make every invoice easier to send—and easier to pay.

Create quotes, turn accepted work into invoices, add online payment options and keep the payment status connected to your books.

From work to books

One record. One flow. Fewer handoffs.

A quote becomes a project. Approved time becomes an invoice. A payment updates the books. Reports reflect the same underlying record—without copying data between tools.

UK product readiness

Clear about what is live, planned and pending.

A credible financial product should distinguish current capability from roadmap claims. Prachesta’s public site now does that directly.

MTD status: Prachesta is not currently listed as HMRC-recognised MTD software. Direct submission features must not be treated as available until approval has been granted and announced.

UK financial context

GBP presentation, UK date formats and product language designed for UK freelancers, limited companies and growing teams.

MTD approval pending

Digital record keeping can be developed now; direct HMRC submission will only be positioned as live after formal approval.

Controlled collaboration

Role-based access, approval points and accountant collaboration are presented as core product design requirements.

Security by design

Encryption, audit history, data processing controls and operational resilience should be documented before production launch.

Simple UK pricing

Choose the operating depth your business needs.

Before you choose Prachesta

Clear answers for an early-stage product.

These answers deliberately separate current positioning from future functionality.

Is Prachesta currently HMRC-recognised for MTD?

No. HMRC recognition is currently pending. The website must not represent direct VAT or Income Tax submission as available until approval is formally granted and the production integration has been released.

Can Prachesta support invoicing and online payments?

Prachesta is being positioned around connected invoicing and payment workflows. The exact payment providers, transaction fees, settlement flow and launch availability should be confirmed on the final product and pricing pages.

Can I track billable time and project profitability?

Time and project profitability are core parts of the Professional product direction: time is recorded against a client and project, then compared with cost, budget and invoiced value.

Is this suitable for a UK limited company?

The product is being designed for UK freelancers, sole traders, limited companies and service-based teams. Final tax, payroll and compliance coverage should be checked against the released feature list before purchase.

Can an accountant access the same records?

Accountant collaboration and role-based access are part of the proposed platform design. The final access levels and availability should be documented before general release.

Where will customer data be hosted?

The production hosting region, subprocessors, retention policies and security controls should be published in Prachesta’s privacy and security documentation before customers are asked to rely on the service.
