1. Bhujangasana to boost immunity

Bhujangasana is a simple posture of yoga asanas. To practice this yoga asana pose: First and foremost, get down on your stomach. Keep both hands in front of you. Bring your hands back and raise your head upwards, pointing your partner skyward.

Maintain a normal breathing pattern while doing this. Slowly exhale and return to your original position. Do this every day for two to three minutes.

2. Setubandhasanato boosts immunity

To practice this yoga asana pose: first, lie down on your back with your hands parallel to your feet in Setubandhasana. Then elevate your body slowly upwards.

3. Halasana to boost immunity

To do Halasana yoga asanas, lie down on your back and then bend forward, elevating both legs and bringing them close to your head while resting your paws on the ground. As a result, your immunity will improve.

4. Dhanurasana to boost immunity

To perform this yoga asana, start by lying down on your stomach and holding your right leg with your right hand and your left leg with your left hand. Then slowly raise your chest to both of your feet. After some time, gradually return to a regular state. Your immunity will improve if you do this every day.

5. Paschimottanasana to boost immunity

To do these yoga asanas posters, maintain your back straight and your feet front. Slowly lift your hands upwards while taking a deep breath. Hold your toes and attempt to keep your head away from your knee as you lower it. And remain in this state for a while. Do this for two to three minutes every day.

6. Sarvangasana to boost immunity

To do this yoga poster, Lie down on your back and rest your hands on the ground to perform Sarvangasana. Then, with your legs and waist up, do the same. The entire weight of your body is now supported by your hands and shoulders. So keep your neck and hands in equilibrium. Slowly return to your original position. Kapalbhati.

7. Pranayama to boost immunity

To begin Kapalbhati Pranayama, sit up straight and place both hands in the knowledge position. Then take a deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale. It’s important to remember that the sound of sound should be produced while exhaling. While breathing, there should be no sound. Do this for two to three minutes every day. It boosts your immune system.

8. Padangusthasana to boost immunity

To do this yoga, lie flat on the ground with both feet forward. Then, with your left hand, elevate your right leg and grasp the claws. Then put your left hand on your waist. Also, keep your neck pointing upwards. Do this on a daily basis.

9. Tadasana to boost immunity

Sit down with your legs crossed in Tadasana. Then place both hands in the Namaste stance. Raise both palms skyward and take a deep breath while in this position; this will boost your immunity.

10. Suptamatsyendrasana to boost immunity

To perform this posture of yoga poses first keep your right leg long and straight on the floor. Then, as you return with your brother, link your right leg’s knee and keep your right hand straight on the backside. Keep both of your houses on the right side of the road. This has a stronger impact on the stomach.

11. Adhomukhasvanasana to boost immunity

To perform this posture of yoga practice, keep your back straight. Slowly raise both hands and then down through both hands, then lower your body and rest your hands on the ground. Keep in mind that your feet’s knees must remain straight. You can boost your immunity by doing so.
