Mixing lemon water and chia seeds can help you lose weight fast. The combination of these two components will be beneficial to both weight loss and overall health.

To make this drink, fill a glass halfway with warm water and add half a lemon juice. To taste, a few drops of honey might be added. Add a pinch of chia seed powder to the mix. Try this drink every morning to reap the numerous health benefits it provides, including weight loss, cleansing, antioxidant power, and more.

2. Green tea-A healthy morning Drinks to lose weight

Green tea is well-known for its numerous health advantages. Green tea is high in antioxidants, which protect your body against a variety of ailments. It is extensively used to help people lose weight. I’m eating green tea regularly to hold my body fit.

It works like a drug for me and I have to eat 2-3 cups every day. However, I do not eat on an empty stomach I drink it after 20-30 minutes after a light breakfast in the morning. Green tea is also good for your skin if you drink it on a regular basis. So, what do you have to lose? Switch to green tea instead of coffee in the morning.

3. Black tea- A healthy morning drink for weight loss

Black Tea is known to everyone and is a favorite of everyone. But do you know it is also very effective in weight loss? Yes, it is also one of the most popular Morning Drinks to lose weight.

If you’re looking for a low-calorie, non-sweetened beverage with less caffeine than coffee or energy drinks, black tea is a fantastic choice. Caffeine in black tea is around 50 mg, which helps to speed up your metabolism. It also has a high amount of polyphenols, which help to reduce calorie consumption and fat breakdown.

4. Apple cider vinegar to lose weight
