Chris Denmead, Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Chris Denmead is a horror author and radio show from Worcester ma. I been hosting a horror show since 2007 and I am the author of
Vlada a Dracula Tale. We started working on vlada as a failed movie years ago and expanded it into a graphic novel. We released the graphic novel in 2021.
How many unpublished and half-finished books do you have?
About 4. Two are currently in development to be finished soon, biography documentaries
Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Vlada was the idea to gender swap a book that had been done before over and ver in media and wanted to tell it from a female point of view Detective Damona from detective crime noir stories mixed with some hentai and really sexy horror.
Chris Denmead, How do you develop your plots and characters?
Very off the cuff and off the top of my head, base it on my love of different media and when it came to Vlada, base it on vampire literature and movies I loved before.
How do you get inspired to write?
I have to focus all my energy on writing so I don't get distracted. I really try and shut everything down.
What are you currently working on
Vlada short story collection, a new comic book mentioned above and a documentary about comic book stores in New England. The comic book store book will take a while to really dig into for information from different stores.
