Here is an interview with Dr. Lewena Bayer

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Would describe myself as a prolific writer, rabid reader and curious person who happens to be an entrepreneur and CEO of busy training business.

Author Dr. Lewena BayerHow many hours a day do you write?
Most days 4-5 hours. I write content for curriculum, books, articles, blogs etc., seems I always have something to say.

How many unpublished and half-finished books do you have?
Easily half a dozen books in process.

How long on average does it take you to write a book?
Generally the ideas and the research and the tinkering with notes and speaking to people, gathering insight, “stewing” can take months, but then usually I just wake up one day and go nonstop and in about 5 days the book is written.

Read: How to start a blog with the most profitable niches?

Where did you get the idea for your recent book?
My books are nonfiction so ideas come from interacting with people, managing challenges in workplaces, listening to what people struggle with communication – wise.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Just do it, don’t overthink it at first. There will be plenty of people willing to critique so best not to be too hard on yourself.

What was the best money you ever spent as a writer?
I think I paid $19 for a pro version of Dragon Dictate- I love it. So easy to talk what I am thinking wherever I am; driving, getting groceries, middle of the night, etc., and then the text just shows up on the page.

Will you have a new book coming out soon?
New Social Wealth book planned for September release.

What is your preferred method to have readers get in touch with or follow you (i.e., website, personal blog, Facebook page, Goodreads, etc.) and link(s)?
email- lew@civilityexperts.com

What you want to say about our website?
I like that the site has something for everyone- some inspirational content, some practical – the site is easy to navigate and I could easily spend a couple of hours snooping around.
