Countless others and I have benefited greatly from practicing appreciation, establishing clear intentions, and then taking inspired action. You have the power to make or destroy your own success with the thoughts and energy you put forth. However, thinking negatively restricts your growth and development. For me, I can attest to the influence that one’s thoughts can have. Mastering our thoughts and channeling our energy toward our goals requires work and awareness, but the results are life-altering. This has meant, for me, actively searching out positive affirmations and role models to look up to and emulate, as well as incorporating daily meditation and visualization activities.
